Hello everyone! It is Giveaway Day once again, and I am happy to offer this little fabric basket, which is an ideal size to store small cuts of fabrics like fat quarters, but can also be used for all kinds of small items.
To enter the giveaway, simply leave a comment on this post, telling me what food is a holiday tradition in your home.
The giveaway is open to everyone, only one entry per person, and I will happily ship to international visitors. The winner will be chosen at random among all eligible entries. Please make sure that I have a way to reach you, otherwise I will have to draw another name. Giveaway will close on Friday, December 13, at 8 PM EST, and I will email the winner over the weekend and announce it here.

ReplyDeletemy grandmother used to make santa cookies which were quite laborious. my mom makes them, and now i have a cookie cutter too, so i'll be doing that with my kids sometime soon.

I have never seen that spelling. My name is truly Irish. (There was a Queen Maeve in Ireland, whether she is fictional or real I do not know.)

Sil - pickled herring, Janssons temptation - think potato dauphinoise and then randomly add anchovies, on Christmas eve. I've come round to some of them but anchovies will never be on my list of things to eat!

ReplyDeleteWe always travel for the holiday, so we eat what we are fed. :) Usually that involves a country ham (boiled, so it's not crazy salty) and about every vegetable common to this area - green beans, corn, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, at least one other type of bean, peas, etc - sausage balls, fudge, pies, cakes, and so on. I am not exaggerating. My extended family is large and lots of people bring dishes, so it's usually a hodgepodge but it's all good. Mmm...
